Refund & Return Policy

At tryIronFit, refund or replacement requests are accepted only if made within 30 days of receiving your order and under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unused)

  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

⚠️ Important:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return labels are not provided.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To begin a return, email Support@tryIronFit.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any questions, please contact us at the same email address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We cannot issue refunds for undelivered orders caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers).

Missing or Lost Packages

Once tracking shows an order as “delivered”, tryIronFit is not liable for lost or missing packages. Please track your order with the number provided and check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building manager/mailroom if you cannot locate it.

If you are still unable to find the package, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, a refund (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment by emailing ironfitshop1@gmail.com.

  • For custom products, cancellations are accepted only within 2 days of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
