Where do you ship from?
We ship orders from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China.
Please note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different types of products.
Why does my product look different from the pictures?
Occasionally, some items may arrive with our previous branding design. Don’t worry—it’s the same product, manufactured to the same high standards.
